A High Court of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) has issued an interim injunction restraining the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) and the Minister of the FCT, Nyesom Wike, from interfering with a disputed parcel of land in the Maitama District of Abuja. Presiding Judge, Justice Bello Kawu, granted the order in suit FCT/HC/CV/5274/2025, effectively halting any attempts by the administration to revoke the lease or eject the current occupants, Nanet Hotels Limited.
